As a Senior Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls/completing outbound calls to/from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity. Working Schedule: Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; 40 hours.  With ability to be on call Saturday/Sunday (once a month).

This is an on-site position at our Bend, OR facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate information
• Contact patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
• Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
• Resolve customer issues while ensuring accurate information is provided

This role is equally challenging and rewarding. As a Senior Pharmacy Technician, you'll help identify problems and determine solutions both independently or in a team/group setting. You'll need to work within multiple computer systems simultaneously as you respond to questions or provide specific medication details/clinical information. It's a fast paced, high volume environment where accuracy is essential.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED or higher
• Oregon State Pharmacy Technician licensing and registration required
• PTCB Certification required
• 6+ months of pharmacy experience (including retail pharmacy experience)
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. Preferred Qualifications:

• Sterile Compounding experience preferred
