Pharmacist (Clinical Pharmacy Specialist) - Pain Management The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) is a recognized Associated Healthcare Provider who provides medication management services within the VA Central Iowa Healthcare System, under an approved scope of practice. The CPS assures the safe and appropriate use of medications and to be an advocate of rational drug therapy. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
