POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP – Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, offers innovative Post-Doctoral Pharm.D. Fellowships that provide extensive training in the pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical industry. This 2-year Fellowship position is a joint effort between the Rutgers Institute for Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships and Janssen Pharmaceuticals. Program emphasis is in NS Value, Acccess, & Pricing. This 2-year Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to work within the Neuroscience VAP (Value Access and Pricing) team on market access strategies, value propositions, innovative offers to secure and maintain product access and reimbursement across various market segments. This candidate will work with a cross section of Janssen stakeholders including but not limited to our Value & Evidence Group, Finance, In-Line Brand teams, Legal, Contract Operations, Quality teams. The Fellow will [gain a breadth of experience including market access, payer, and channel to help lay a strong foundation for future roles across the organization. The fellow will gain an understanding of how assumptions for market access, value drivers, reimbursement, pricing, and contracting are integrated into the Neuroscience portfolio. The fellow will build networks across Value & Evidence Group, Finance, In-Line Brand teams, Legal, Contract Operations, and Quality teams to add additional context to insights and recommendations, as well as build on existing knowledge. The candidate will help us to prepare for a multitude of initiatives with the objective of retaining access and reimbursement around our market leading in-line brands.]
