POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP – Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, offers innovative Post-Doctoral Pharm.D. Fellowships that provide extensive training in the pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical industry. This 2-year Fellowship position is a joint effort between the Rutgers Institute for Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships and Genentech. Program emphasis is in USMA Clinical Operations Study Leadership. This 2-year Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of tomorrow’s medical advances faster to more patients by improving care experience, cost and health of society. We seek to deliver our vision by developing studies with novel designs to improve quality, speed, cost, and customer experience, while leading next-generation studies in underserved populations. The Fellow will gain the opportunity to lead cross-functionally and contribute to the delivery of the USMA portfolio of clinical studies and programs across Disease Areas by providing strategic input and operational leadership/guidance. Within USMA Clinical Operations Study Leadership, Genentech offers a fellowship in Study Leadership.
University-based experiences include a Professional Development Series; opportunities for collaborative research, publication, and teaching; and participating/leading Rutgers Fellowship committees. These Fellowships provide a broad professional development opportunity in both corporate and academic environments to promote the role of Pharm.D.’s in the pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical industry as future leaders.
