Job SummaryResponsible for design, implementation and monitoring of Enterprise Pharmacy growth and Improvement Program. Directs and leads initiatives to ensure support from all health system operational/clinical departments in order to meet strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements such as clinical improvement programs, operation and financial performance improvement, process improvement and the annual evaluation of Geisinger Pharmacy performance. Conducts due diligence on pharmacy related digital health applications for potential funding, collaboration, and integration opportunities across the system.
