We are looking for an operations supervisor with a passion for talent, onboarding, and engagement. You will work closely with site level leadership to coordinate recruitment efforts, onboard all new hires, and support engagement with our employees.
The Supervisor, Pharmacy Operations - Home Delivery will manage a team of Pharmacy Fulfillment Clerks. The work schedule can vary Sunday- Thursday from 5am - 3:30pm, with the ability to stay later as needed. The fulfillment site is located in Orlando, Oviedo, FL.
Serve as the on-site coordinator for talent, onboarding, and engagementOversee the day to day work flow of technicians / clerks in the following areas: fulfillment, inventory, and shipping
Partner with centralized talent acquisition to support hiring needs
Ensure all job postings have been submitted to talent acquisition in a timely manner
Attend local career fairs and be an active community partner with local colleges
Assist with the coordination of interviews with hiring managers and talent acquisition to ensure a positive candidate experience
Design an effective onboarding experience for all new hires that is consistent with the onboarding experience at all home delivery fulfillment sites
Support and mentor employees throughout onboarding by establishing a 30-60-90 day check-in cadence
Coach and evaluate new hire’s progress including skills assessment and action planning for poor performers
Reviews and acts on evaluation data and feedback provided by classes to improve the delivery and results of the onboarding program
Partner with site leadership on all engagement activities throughout the year, inclusive of creating and facilitating site-wide initiatives (leadership training, celebrations, etc.)
Engage all employees on any new processes or initiatives that are rolling out, ensuring a thorough training is achieved
Serve as a Culture Ambassador who can assist the Site Director and people leaders with initiatives that support a welcoming and supportive working environment
Work effectively with other production areas of order coordination, clinical, and reimbursement to ensure smooth operational coverage
Manage Quality Level of fulfillment prescription processing, packing, and shipping
Oversee inventory specialist roles and responsibilities including maintenance of integrity and stock levels of on-site inventory
Ensure product integrity and cold chain management process for refrigerated items
Handle escalated issues and elevated telecommunications
Ensure proper records are kept for regulatory and compliance
Maintain relationship with representatives of outside carrier companies such as UPS, GC, FedEx, etc.; Other projects, as assigned
Make recommendation to management team related to professional development and staff training needs
Hire, develop, and execute yearly performance appraisals and perform corrective action plans for personnel
Develop and implement a Technician training plan and progress tracking for all registered technicians, as required by state regulation

High School Diploma/ GED (or higher) OR 4+ years of experience working in a Warehouse Setting
1+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in a Pharmacy, Healthcare, or Medical environment
1+ years of experience providing coaching towards metric driven goals in metrics driven environment
Intermediate level of proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work outside of regular scheduled hours in order to meet demands of work volume including supporting employees who may be working a second, late, or weekend shift

College degree with Healthcare or Medical focus
Licensed Pharmacy Technician in the state of Florida
Supervisory or team management experience in a professional setting
Experience interpreting documents and procedure manuals
Experience producing document routine reports and correspondence
Experience leading a team focusing on workload and achievement of both production and quality objectives
Knowledge of Pharmacy dispensing systems
