PGY1/PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership
The PGY1/PGY2 HSPAL Residency Program at Regional One Health accreditation by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists is a 24-month (4,000 hour minimum) program composed of advanced pharmacy experiences in patient care and pharmacy management. Residents achieve professional competence in the delivery of patient-centered care services, extensive ambulatory and inpatient pharmacy management. The program purpose is to build on Doctor of Pharmacy education and outcomes to contribute to the development of clinical pharmacists responsible for medication-related care of patients with a wide range of conditions, eligible for board certification, and to prepare the candidate for supervisory roles in pharmacy management.
