Critical Care Pharmacist (Internal Position # 20222966-60578)
The critical care pharmacists will rotate through our 3 ICUs (neuro/trauma, cardiac/surgery & medical) as well as assist with emergency department staffing as needed. Staff pharmacists process/verify orders for medications, monitor patient medication therapies and provide drug information. Staff pharmacists supervise and direct support personnel. In the absence of the pharmacy manager, a staff pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager.
Oncology/Infusion Center Pharmacist (Internal Position # 20227341-64317)
The Infusion Center Pharmacist is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients scheduled in our chemotherapy and ambulatory infusion centers, as well as within our inpatient oncology spaces. This includes order verification and oversight of hazardous and non-hazardous drug compounding, collaboration with the nursing team and providers regarding patient regimens, active involvement with service line committees, and the provision of patient education
Required: Bachelors in Pharmacy - Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of Pharmacy
Preferred: Doctorate of Pharmacy - Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 residency
Residency training or equivalent 3-5 years of experience.
Required: Registered with Missouri Board of Pharmacy as Pharmacist
**Eligibility for licensure requires submission of application for Pharmacy License at time of hire**
Medication Therapy Services Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire
