This position oversees the daily activities of the medication management process and provides comprehensive pharmacy services to patients from neonate to young adulthood while performing the duties of a registered pharmacist as defined by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy and Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Pharmacists have the opportunity to work central and decentralized in areas such as the emergency department, intensive care units, and oncology. This position also ensures compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations as well as proper storage and documentation.
1. Bachelor's Degree (BS) or Doctorate Degree (Pharm.D.) or graduating from an accredited school or college of pharmacy in the next 6 months.
2. Experience with information systems, automated, and technical equipment.
3. Current licensure as a pharmacist or eligible, either by reciprocity or examination by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy.
