PHARMACY CLINICAL MANAGER
As a member of the pharmacy management team, the Clinical Pharmacy Manager drives the highest level of quality and clinical competency within the pharmacy department staff. Facilitates the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems, procedures and protocols that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe and cost-effective drug therapies. Coordinates clinical pharmacy services and programs and participates in multi-discipline committees and projects to collaborate on pharmacy clinical issues throughout the hospital.
