Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida (GCHSWF) Department of Pharmacy has an opening for a full-time pediatric clinical Pharmacy Specialist. The clinical duties of this position include order verification, responding to drug information questions, medication management, pharmacokinetic consultation, facilitating patient care transitions, patient education, and operating under pharmacy-driven protocols. Responsibilities also include student and resident precepting (PGY1 and PGY2), pharmacy staff education, committee involvement, and research/quality improvement project participation.
