PGY2 Solid Organ Transplant Residency
This program is designed to provide advanced training in clinical pharmacy practice focusing on care of the transplant patient (recipients and donors), clinical research and education in a variety of transplant pharmacy practice areas including kidney, pancreas, liver, heart, and lung transplant. Other learning experiences include transplant infectious diseases, pediatric transplant, and transplant ambulatory care clinics.  The solid organ transplant resident will demonstrate an understanding and working knowledge of the mechanism of action, adverse effects, and place in therapy for immunosuppressants as well as the pathophysiology, diagnosis, and management of disease states common in transplant patients.  Contact Information: Lindsey (Pote) Toman, Pharm.
