Lee Health is a community nonprofit public organization with five acute care facilities (Lee Memorial Hospital, Health Park Medical Center, Gulf Coast Medical Center, Cape Coral Hospital and Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida) all located within Lee County. The combined total number of beds is over 1800 with 200 pharmacy staff members in both the acute care and outpatient settings.
Lee Health has a total of six ASHP accredited residency programs including both a PGY1 and a PGY1 Community Based Program. AVAILABLE PGY2 programs include: Pediatrics, Health System Pharmacy Leadership and Critical Care. INFECTIONS DISEASES PGY2 POSITION AND EMERGENCY MEDICINE PGY2 POSITION HAVE BEEN FILLED WITH EARLY COMMITMENTS FROM EXISTING LEE HEALTH PGY1 RESIDENTS.

Requirements: Must be enrolled in, or have completed, an ASHP accredited PGY1 Residency; eligible for licensure in Florida, application completed in PhorCas with three reference writers, CV, letter of intent and academic transcript by January 3rd.
