The PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership pharmacy residency program is a two-year program, committed to the development of clinical, operational, and leadership skills in learners. Residents who enter the program will take part in the core rotations of the PGY1 residency program during their first year, while being exposed to administrative responsibilities. During the second year of the program, residents will be immersed throughout the year in rotations that will develop high-level leadership skills, with the goal of positioning the resident to excel in the workplace post-residency.
The program at Prisma Health Upstate is based in Greenville, South Carolina at Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Interested candidates must have a degree from an accredited college of pharmacy (PharmD) and be eligible for or have current licensure in South Carolina.
Prisma Health - Upstate houses American College of Surgeons (ACS) verified Adult Level I and Pediatric Level II Trauma Centers, Level III (highest) Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and we are a Comprehensive Stroke Center (CSC). On campus we also have Marshall I.
