At least 1 year experience in hospital pharmacy
Completion of a pharmacy practice residency with pediatric experience (preferred)
pediatric experience in critical care and/or emergency medicine (preferred)
Four-year Degree (B.S. or Pharm.D) from an accredited school of pharmacy required.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Current Texas Pharmacist license, required.
BLS Certification, required.
PALS within 180 days of hire, required.
ACLS within 180 days of hire, required
IV certification, required.
Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification, preferred
