This clinical pharmacist specialist will function in a mixed infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship role at a large (1,368 bed), community teaching hospital with exposure to a variety of patient populations including solid organ transplantation (heart, lung, kidney, liver), hematologic and solid malignancies including BMT, and advanced cardiac services including ECMO. AdventHealth Orlando has a robust pharmacy residency training program (18 PGY1s and 12 PGY2s) with many precepting opportunities including ID/AMS rotation as well as longitudinal experiences (research, MUE, CE, formulary reviews).
