Medication Safety Leader
The Medication Safety Leader is responsible for the development, organization, and coordination of Norton Healthcare’s overall medication safety program. This position will set the vision and direction to ensure medication safety best practices are utilized within the system. The Medication Safety Leader will serve as the authoritative expert in safe medication use and shall coordinate medication safety assessments to identify opportunities to improve the medication use system, educate others on the importance of medication error reporting, participate in the review and investigation of medication errors, and lead implementation of error-prevention strategies.
