Responsible for provision of pharmaceutical care with a specific focus on both parenteral and oral chemotherapy to patients managed in our Oncology clinics.  This position ia based at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine in the University City section of Philadelphia.   Activities include evaluate, monitor and modify drug therapy, provide recommendations to optimize patient outcomes, provide patients with chemotherapy teaching, minimize safety issues and assure cost effectiveness as well as provide Drug Information for medical personnel.
