The Inpatient Clinical Pharmacy Manager is responsible for setting the direction for and oversight of all activities of the inpatient clinical pharmacists and clinical pharmacist specialists, and all inpatient clinical pharmacy protocols, standing orders and guidelines, in collaboration with the Associate Chief Pharmacy Officer - Inpatient Services.  The clinical manager is also responsible for the oversight of the clinical decision support related to Epic medication builds, is a PGY1 pharmacy residency preceptor, serves as the liaison for area schools of pharmacy related to student training, and represents the Pharmacy Enterprise on interdisciplinary CHA-wide committees.  A commitment to patient safety, customer satisfaction, efficient/effective use of resources, teamwork, innovation,
