Reporting to the Pharmacy Supervisor/PGY1 Residency Program Director, the Transplant Pharmacist performs a variety of professional level functions in the development, implementation and provision of transplant therapy and education services to physicians, residents, medical students, nurses, pharmacists and other health professionals working at the assigned OSF facility and sister OSF facilities. Works closely with the Pharmacy Management Team to provide decision support in the areas of transplant patient education and pharmacotherapy related to surgical transplantation of Kidney/Heart and LVAD placement.
