The Clinical Pharmacist reviews prescriptions, obtains clarifications, analyzes drug therapy and regularly consults withmedical staff, nursing personnel and others in order to coordinate deliveryof highquality pharmaceutical services to OSF HealthCare patients. Inaddition, the clinical staff pharmacist is responsible for compounding and dispensing medications and other pharmaceutical supplies according to established procedures and professional pharmacypractice. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessaryto provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
