The primary responsibility of the Anticoagulation Clinic Supervisor and Program Manager is coordinating and managing the outpatient Anticoagulation Clinic activities under the direction of the Associate Chief of Pharmacy Services, who reports to the Chief of Pharmacy. The employee develops and manages educational programs including staff development, intra- and inter-department training, and pharmacy student and resident rotations. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
