The Clinical Pharmacy Technician for Care in the Community will participate in review of all Care in the Community prescriptions that enter the facility. Will be responsible for reviewing formulary status of the medications. For those that require a prior authorization/criteria for use/imaging/laboratory data will ensure all information is received from the external provider before providing to the Lovell FHCC Pharmacist for clinical review. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
