Manage and optimize the operational, financial, quality improvement, customer service, and personnel activities of the Ellis Fischel infusion center, physician clinics, and ambulatory pharmacy practice.
Responsible for directing clinical and patient centered advancements in ambulatory setting.
Responsible for operational and fiscal management for areas served.
Oversight of infusion center and clinic drug inventory control and develop quality control standards.
Monitor product usage and change to reduce cost, alleviate waste, and promote proper effective utilization of supplies and drugs.
Responsible for loss prevention, quality control strategies, resource allocation, and ensuring accurate and cost-effective use of resources.
Manage ambulatory pharmacist initiatives including but not limited to value based care programs, collaborative practice agreements, and population health management of custom network employees/dependents.
Accountable for maintaining compliance with all federal and state regulations and standards, including creation and enforcement of policies and procedures, working standards, mandatory reporting, and maintenance of department certifications, licenses, and accreditation.
Manage pharmacy led prior authorizations programs, patient assistance programs, and revenue cycle denials.
Perform duties of Pharmacist as needed and other duties as required.

Three (3) years of experience in pharmacy. One (1) year of supervisory or pharmacy management experience. Pharmacist licensure by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy.
