The Veterans Integrated Services Network (VISN) Clinical Resource Hub (CRH) Pain Clinical Pharmacy Specialist position is a VISN based position located in VISN 7. The incumbent delivers evidence-based comprehensive medication management (CMM) through direct patient care and as part of the interdisciplinary team providing Pain and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) management. This position may require travel to VISN medical centers or Community Based Outreach Clinics (CBOC).
