Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pharmacy patient care services on the interdisciplinary team Provide patient medication use needs to support safe and effective drug therapy management Participates in daily quality/clinical review of patients' profiles to ensure appropriate medication utilization and provides counseling as appropriate Supervise and authorize the work of technicians, externs, interns, and support staff Perform cognitive clinical pharmacy services and document findings and actions in accordance with standards of the medical center
