The Assistant/Associate Dean for the Florida Pathway is responsible for promoting and nourishing a harmonious working environment where learning is encouraged, innovative ideas are welcomed, and a collegial atmosphere prevails as the most productive team approach to accomplishing LECOM’s mission. Serve as the primary administrator for the pathway and report to the Dean of the School of Pharmacy; Facilitate the success of the faculty members delivering the pathway by assisting them toward goals related to teaching, service, and scholarship.
