Manages all aspects of a complex formulary management program requiring coordination of multiple locations which includes policy development, quality resources and specialty functions unique to the program to optimize cost effectiveness and patient outcomes. Develops, organizes, coordinates and manages the formulary management program for ECHCS. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
