We are in need of an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to lead our clinical operations within our family-friendly acute care hospital. This role will have the opportunity to run our antibiotic stewardship program and work towards starting a Pharmacy Residency Program should they so desire. The position will be a part of a good size hospital and a much larger health system with plenty of opportunities for professional growth. All applicants must have a PharmD and be either PGY1 residency trained with an additional 3 years of relevant clinical hospital pharmacist experience or hold PGY2 Pharmacy Admin or Infectious Disease Residency training.
