We’re looking for a dynamic, driven and career-minded pharmacist to provide leadership within our Pediatric and Women’s Care pharmacy team.

As coordinator of pharmacy services at UF Health Shands, you’ll be able to:

• Provide leadership for the provision of clinical pharmacy services for patients receiving treatment within the Pediatric and Women’s Health team.
• Align clinical pharmacists with assigned patient population, medical team or designated specialty area within the hospital and/or ambulatory clinics.
• Participate in related education and research activities.
• Oversee the overall effectiveness of designated clinical pharmacists.

We’re seeking candidates who have the following experience and training:

• Florida-registered or eligible pharmacist.
• Doctor of pharmacy degree (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, plus clinically oriented master's in pharmacy.
• Board certification.
• Completion of residency or fellowship training, or experience deemed equivalent to residency or fellowship training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with medical, nursing and pharmacy staff, pharmacy residents and students is required.
• Knowledge and understanding of general hospital and outpatient clinic operations.
• Ability to integrate clinical services and educational activities.
