St. Luke's Health System in Boise is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our team at our Cloverdale Internal Medicine Clinic!

This is a NEW position. Our Outpatient Pharmacy will be opening the St Luke's Cloverdale micro-pharmacy in April or May, 2023 to better serve our patients.

Full-Time

Monday through Friday

8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - no holidays, no weekends!

Responsibilities

This technician will be responsible for:

• Entering, preparing, and filling prescriptions
• Inventory and ordering medications from the wholesaler
• Delivering medicationsto the clinic patient's room
• May perform immunizations
• Other duties as assigned

There will be a limited formulary of medications available for immediate prescription dispensing. The medications will be clinically reviewed and product-verified remotely under camera by one of our central outpatient pharmacists. The pharmacist will call the patient to counsel on the medication and then dispensed to the patient by the pharmacy technician.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician License required
• Two (2) years' experience required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required
