Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician II for the Pharmacy Department at Overlook Medical Center to work 3PM-11PM, including every third weekend.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for medication preparation and delivery and use of pharmacy automation which includes Medication Carousel, Omnicell, and EPIC.
• May also be responsible for the safe and accurate preparation of Intravenous admixtures which may include chemotherapy, in accordance with USP 797 and USP 800 guidelines.

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum Experience:

• Previous hospital pharmacy experience (2+ years) preferred.

License/Certifications:

• NJ BOP registration required
• PTCB certification required

Qualifications:

• Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
