The Pharmacy Technician position is responsible for providing supportive Pharmacy Services within the Value Based Service Organization clinically integrated network. The position is responsible for assisting in the review of high-cost patient medications, patients with multiple medications and medication adherence issues to close gaps around medication management. The pharmacy tech will be well versed in reporting build, pull and analysis to determine best areas of focus for patients and providers.
