The clinical pharmacist supervisor is responsible for demonstrating clinical and operational knowledge and expertise as it relates to assessment, treatment, and care of patients at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. The clinical pharmacist will lead, monitor, and supervise pharmacists within their team to achieve goals that contribute the growth of their team and provided services.  The clinical pharmacist supervisor will also be expected to implement and maintain clinical rounding services. The clinical pharmacist supervisor will complete medication orders and consults for their designated teams. The clinical pharmacist supervisor will assist with orienting and training new employees, and will provide opportunities for the development, evaluation, and advancement of residents and student
