UPMC Central PA Region in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our expanding oncology interdisciplinary team. This pharmacist will work closely with the team to provide optimal comprehensive patient care for oncology patients. Responsibilities include the following: Provide and oversee pharmacotherapy primarily for hematology/oncology patients Communicate and collaborate with medical staff and nursing to optimize patient care Oversee preparation of sterile and hazardous medication products in accordance with USP 797 and 800 Participate in medication-related oncology research, including quality assurance, performance improvement, and controlled clinical trial protocols Additional responsibilities may
