Clinical Pharmacist Nutrition Support/ Full-Time
DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: Clinical Pharmacist position specializing in Nutrition Support. This position handles all aspects of total parenteral nutrition. Patient care is focused on adult inpatients. Clinical Pharmacist will work closely with physicians, mid-level providers, clinical dietitians, and nursing to ensure parenteral feeding regimens follow clinical literature, current best practices and regulatory standards. Clinical Pharmacist will provide patient and staff education, implement medication safety processes and provide oversight for all medication management policies and procedures including sterile compounding of parenteral nutrition.
