Position Information:
The Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical services safely, accurately, and timely by reviewing physician's orders, dispensing drugs, providing clinical pharmacotherapy services and providing drug information to other health professionals, according to established procedures.

Experience Requirements:
3 Years Clinical - Pharmacist And/Or 1 Year Fellowship/Internship/Residency - Related Area Preferred

Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy Or Doctorate Pharmacy Required

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Licensed Pharmacist Required

Hours of Work:
Sunday-Saturday, 0630am-3pm, 7am-3:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm

Weekend Requirements:
Every Third

Call Requirements:
As needed
