Responsibilities Manage all aspects of a medically integrated oncology specialty pharmacy from first receiving the prescription, to dispensing, counseling, and long-term follow-up for patients Provide counseling to patient on oncology specialty medications including all aspects of high-level oncology care from administration, handling, side effects, and drug interactions Recommend dose modifications or changes to treatment to oncologists based on patient's specific factors such as drug interactions, hepatic/renal function or other applicable reasons Work closely with other healthcare profe
