We are looking for a Pediatric Pharmacy Operations Manager for an acute care hospital in Iowa. The ideal candidate will have years of clinical pharmacy management experience or appropriate residency training. This is a growing organization with opportunities to move up the ladder or into other segments. With a focus on operations in the pediatric section, this manager will have a broad set of responsibilities still including the oversight of sterile compounding. Advanced degrees or experience with automation can be helpful but are not required. This role pays well and is based on your training and experience. Base salaries can range up to $177K and will also include a great set of benefits. The city has much to offer including a downtown area that will fill your weekends with food, fun, and atmosphere.
