Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Pharmacist for the Pharmacy Department at Overlook Medical Center to work varied shifts, including every other weekend.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• This is a per diem evening pharmacist position
• Responsibilities include both distributive and clinical functions.
• Distributive functions include but are not limited, to computer order entry, medication checking, technician supervision, IV preparation.
• Clinical functions include but are not limited to anticoagulation management, antibiotic stewardship initiatives, medication reconciliation, patient counseling.

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy required

Minimum Experience:

• 1-2 years hospital experience preferred
• Sterile compounding experience preferred

License/Certifications:

• NJ Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist License required
