Atlantic Health System is seeking a per diem Pharmacist for the Pharmacy Department at Overlook Medical Center to work varied shifts, including every other weekend.
This is a per diem evening pharmacist position
Responsibilities include both distributive and clinical functions.
Distributive functions include but are not limited, to computer order entry, medication checking, technician supervision, IV preparation.
Clinical functions include but are not limited to anticoagulation management, antibiotic stewardship initiatives, medication reconciliation, patient counseling.
High School Diploma or GED required
Graduation from an accredited school of pharmacy required
1-2 years hospital experience preferred
Sterile compounding experience preferred
NJ Board of Pharmacy Pharmacist License required
