Clinical Pharmacist Positions available at a variety of Northside Hospital facilities throughout the Greater Atlanta, GA area. Pharmacists provide all clinical care for patient care units, including but not limited to interdisciplinary rounding, pharmacy consults, monitoring and dosing of medications, patient education and pharmacy student/resident precepting.  Pharmacists are extensively involved in order set review/development, adverse drug event investigations, interdisciplinary committees, regulatory compliance and physician/nursing education.   Opportunities exist in a variety of patient populations including but not limited to Critical Care, Medical/GYN Oncology, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Adult Trauma, Neonatology, Women’s Health and Surgery.
