POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP – Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, has 40 years of expertise in offering innovative Post-Doctoral Pharm.D. Fellowships that provide extensive training in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. This 2-year Fellowship position is a joint effort between the Rutgers Institute for Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships and Janssen. Program emphasis is in US Immunology Portfolio Solutions (IPS) Lifecycle Marketing. This 2-year Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to gain experience in managing biological products across the immunology franchise, with a focus on payer/market access, channel marketing, and Loss-of-Exclusivity (LOE) strategy. The Fellow will gain an understanding of value positioning of existing products in competitive landscape including the payer, provider and intermediary dynamics within pharmaceutical industry and own specific projects that help advance the goal of maintaining treatment choice for patients in face of loss of exclusivity of biologic therapeutics.

University-based experiences complement the industry experiences and include a Professional Development Series; opportunities for collaborative research, publication, and teaching; and participating/leading Rutgers Fellowship committees. Once all interviews have been completed, Rutgers or the company will notify interviewed candidates of their position-specific candidacy status.

2. Begin securing letters of recommendation because all 3 must be received before you can be fully considered for an offer. All 3 letters of recommendation should be submitted by December 1, 2023.
