Job Description: After completing the 12-month PGY-2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency at Mayo Clinic, you will be a competent medication management informaticist capable of transforming the medication use process.
The purpose of the PGY-2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency at Mayo Clinic is to build on Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) education and PGY-1 pharmacy residency programs to contribute to the development of clinical pharmacists in specialized areas of practice. PGY-2 residencies provide you with opportunities to function independently as a practitioner by conceptualizing and integrating accumulated experience and knowledge and incorporating both into the provision of patient care or other advanced practice settings.
Residency is primarily remote with approximately 1-2 weeks on site at the start and 1 week at the end of residency. Staffing is done in reporting and analytics.

Job Requirements: Pharm.D. and PGY1 Pharmacy Residency required. College transcripts, letter of intent, curriculum vitae, 3 letters of recommendation, interview, and eligibility for pharmacist licensure in any US state required.
