Job Description: Pharmacists successfully completing a PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, Wisconsin will be proficient practitioners capable of providing advanced pharmaceutical care services to patients in a variety of ambulatory care settings. Training opportunities are diverse, including learning experiences in a numerous medication therapy management and ambulatory care clinics. Additional elective rotations are available to optimally tailor the curriculum to residents with varying practice interests. The resident is required to complete a research project, quality improvement project, online staffing, precept, and provide continuing education and in-services for member of the interdisciplinary team.

Stipend $57,240.
