Job Description: This position is in one of two Central Inpatient Pharmacies at Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN. Responsibilities include medication management services in coordination with other health care professionals to deliver safe, appropriate, and cost-effective medication therapy to patients. Responsibilities include assessment of medication therapy regimens, medication therapy management, medication order verification/entry, medication distribution, documentation of medication therapy plans, and medication use education and pharmaceutical care services. Additionally, pharmacists are active members in quality improvement, research activities, and education.
