The PGY2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Residency program at Baystate Medical Center offers a high-quality, in-depth learning environment in which pharmacists can build upon their PGY1 pharmacy practice skills and develop accountability, practice patterns and habits, in addition to expert knowledge, skills, attitudes and abilities in the advanced area of Emergency Medicine.  Training within our busy ED, which sees 122,000+ patients per year, focuses on developing your ability to manage a range of disease states and disorders that present to the emergency department.
