This program encompasses a two year experience that combines clinical rotations of a traditional PGY1 residency with rotational and longitudinal management experiences during the PGY2 year.  The program is dedicated to preparing future pharmacy leaders, administrators and managers by promoting individualized experiences, competence, confidence, leadership and professional skills.  Core learning experiences include finance, supply chain management, information technology, medication safety, accreditation services, operational excellence, clinical leadership, and rural and academic medical centers.
