The UW Health Pediatric Pharmacy Residency Program at American Family Children’s Hospital is designed to provide advanced training in the area of pediatric pharmacy and foster the development of the clinical skills and knowledge base necessary to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to pediatric patients.
American Family Children’s Hospital is a comprehensive pediatric medical and surgical center featuring nationally recognized pediatric specialists in a wide range of fields, including faculty from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and UW Health. American Family Children’s Hospital has 111 inpatient beds, with a 21-bed PICU and a 14-bed Level IV NICU. There are 18 specialty clinics located within the hospital and 10 dedicated beds in the Level I Emergency Department.
