Clinical Oncology Pharmacist Oncology clinical pharmacists provide a variety of oncology patient care responsibilities including: chemotherapy and supportive care orders, patient education, clinical monitoring, drug information, and transitions of care coordination. The position also has expectations for engaging with student and resident learners. Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacist
Solid organ transplant pharmacists as Froedtert are directly involved in the pre and post care of thoracic transplant patients in the ambulatory and acute care settings. This includes, pre-transplant assessments, medication management and monitoring, patient teaching, drug information, and coordinating transitions of care. Pharmacists have a role in precepting students and resident learners and contribute to the development and maintenance of transplant related medication guidelines and collaborative practice agreements.
PGY2 Oncology residency training or equivalent experience with board certification is preferred. Wisconsin Pharmacist License obtained within 90 days of start date

PGY1 positions are available in acute care focus (10 residents), ambulatory care focus (4 residents), PGY1 community-based (1 resident), PGY1/PGY2 Health-system Pharmacy and Leadership (4 residents), PGY1/PGY2 Medication Use Safety and Policy (4 residents), PGY1&2 Pharmacy Informatics (2 resident).
