Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacist Career Position
UCSF is recruiting for a transplant pharmacist career position. Transplant pharmacists are integral members of the heart, lung, liver, and kidney transplant services. Transplant pharmacists are involved with the care of patient across the continuum, ranging from pre-transplant evaluations, to inpatient management, to post-transplant care in the clinics. Transplant pharmacists are also affiliated with the School of Pharmacy and teach students, PGY1 and PGY2 transplant residents.
